1. onboarding & Research

  • Schedule a call to discuss the project
  • Choose a design package that suits your needs
  • Confirm schedule and timeline 
  • Pay 50% of the project cost
  • Complete the online brand questionnaire
  • Create a Pinterest board that helps convey the vision, style, mood, and vibe of your brand
  • Receive 2-3 moodboards and choose which direction you would like to go. The moodboard includes things like colors, fonts, patterns, imagery, and other inspiration to help ensure we are on the same page about the design direction. 
  • Provide copy and imagery (web clients)

2. Design

  • For logos:
    • Receive concept options. These are rough logos often in black and white. The purpose is to nail down the logo concept rather than the logo design. 
    • Receive 2-3 design options
    • Choose the best option for your business
    • Receive 2 rounds of refinements 
  • For brand ID:
    • Receive brandboard with color palette, typography, iconography, patterns, and image direction with 2 rounds of refinements
  • For websites:
    • Receive rough wireframe layout with 2 rounds of refinements
    • Receive designed pages with 2 rounds of refinements

3. Launch

  • Sign off on final designs
  • Receive a Dropbox link with all your assets
  • Transfer website to your domain (web clients)
  • Schedule Squarespace or Wordpress training (web clients)
  • Pay the remainder of your project cost
